Moving Ensemble Averaging Pipeline (MEAP)

MEAP stands for Moving Ensemble Average Point-Marker and is an open-source software package that Matt Cieslak and I designed to allow researchers to analyze cardiovascular (CV) reactivity data in near-real time. MEAP provides a pipeline that processes and analyzes heart rate (EKG), impedance (IKG), and blood pressure (BP) data collected using AcqKnowledge software and a Biopac MP150 recording rig. MEAP is programmed such that it can be employed in the analysis of data collected using a variety of experimental designs, both block and event-related.
